I'm Noa Cochva, an advocate for the State of Israel and keynote speaker.
Hi there, I'm Noa Cochva. Born and raised in Bnei Atarot, near Tel Aviv, I come from a family deeply rooted in service to Israel. My father served in the Israeli Air Force for 30 years, while my mother dedicated 16 years as a military psychologist. My parents raised me in a loving yet disciplined home, shaping me with their strength, bravery, and unwavering commitment to our homeland and its people.
Early in life, I faced a challenging battle with a hematological disease, which only strengthened my resolve to overcome adversity. Though crowned Miss Israel in 2021, I didn't hesitate to answer the call to serve during the 2023 conflict. For five months, I served at the Gaza border, prioritizing saving lives above all else, irrespective of backgrounds.

Growing up, I battled a hematological disease, which taught me resilience in facing adversity. During my teenage years, I developed a deep love for the sea and volunteered with an organization dedicated to protecting oceans, beaches, and marine life.
Following high school, I joined the IDF, serving as a combat medic commander and instructor for two years and eventually leading my unit. Each day presented challenges, but my passion for helping others and valuing human life above all else, guided me through.
After completing my military duty, I pursued my passion for pastry-making at Estella, Israel's premier pastry school. There, I honed my skills in crafting exquisite pastries, breads, chocolates, and confections.
In 2021, I gained national recognition as Miss Israel and proudly represented my country at the prestigious Miss Universe competition. While my success opened doors to international travel and modeling opportunities, everything changed abruptly on October 7th, 2023.
Following Hamas's attack, I, along with approximately 400,000 IDF reservists, put everything on hold and answered the call to defend Israel. Stationed at the Gaza border for five intense months, I focused on providing medical attention to everyone who needed it, upholding my medic oath to prioritize saving lives regardless of race, religion, or nationality.
Today, I advocate for Israel and the IDF on the world stage. Alongside shedding light on Hamas's atrocities, I am committed to empowering women from all walks of life and highlighting the IDF's dedication to preserving human life.
In 2021 I gained national fame when I was crowned Miss Israel and chose to represent my country at the Miss Universe pageant.
For 5 months, I saved lives at the edge of the Gaza strip; regardless of their race, religion or nationality.
Today I advocate for Israel and the IDF on the world stage. In addition to speaking the truth about Hamas brutality, my focus is placed on empowering all women.
